Grading Syllabus.

Technician: First Grade Front Neutral Stance, feet parallel to each other and shoulder width apart. Body weight is evenly distributed. The leading hand is head height, and the rear hand is placed near the elbow to protect the mid section in an on guard position. Left and right neutral stance, turning from left to right, with alternating hands (on guard) and body weight evenly distributed. Centreline  straight punch from a front neutral. Centreline  front palm from a front neutral. Centreline  side palm from a front neutral. Centreline On-guard, alternating the On-guard from a front neutral. Centreline punch from on-guard in a front neutral. Simultaneous block & attack Bil Sao with front kick use ball of foot, double punch and half retreat, left & right. Five various applications of Bil Sao to be practiced on a person. Entry Technique with double punch, half retreat, full retreat and double retreat.
