We are open to anyone who wants to learn this system of traditional wing chun, both men & woman are welcome as are children over the age of 10, even if you have a disability, this system can be adapted to your need. If you would like to come along to any lesson and talk to any of the instructors, all of whom are very friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. If you prefer you can email any of them through our website. Wing Chun is a very intelligent and natural flowing system and adaptable to suit modern times and will teach - -you numerous things. You will discover and surpass your limitations, build up confidence, sharpen reflexes, - -improve health and at the same time you will discover a skilful system of self defence a streetfighting art. Wing Chun is a first class art. Highly experienced Masters Mark & Frank have over 29 years experience each in Wing Chun and tested the - - art in real situations of danger. Around 300 years ago one of the most logical and practical martial art systems was developed by a woman. --- Yim Wing Chun accepted that she had full responsibility to herself. With this realization she gained the self --determination to develop what has now been identified as the most devastating fighting system ever - developed.
