To whom it may concern.

I am currently looking to hire a hall or room in the Chelmsford area. Maybe you have a room standing empty, that I could hire from you for a reasonable rate.

I am currently teaching a wing chun, martial art class and have done so for a number of years. I am teaching in a church hall at the moment, and am teaching 7 days a week, and pay on a monthly basis, but would like to hire a room/hall, on a long term basis, in a more central location in Chelmsford.
